Speed-to-Lead Virtual Assistant (Pet Waste Removal)

Role:
You will be the first point of contact for incoming leads for a growing pet waste removal business. Your main goal is to respond quickly to potential customers, handle incoming calls and online leads, and convert them into paying clients. You will also support local marketing by posting in neighborhood groups during slower periods.
Your Primary Goals and KPIs Are:

Responsibilities:
- Answer and professionally handle incoming phone calls, transferring to the owner when necessary.
- Monitor and respond quickly to
- Use GoHighLevel to manage follow-ups and convert leads into paying customers.
- Track and update CRM entries for all interactions.
- Post relevant promotions or engaging content in local neighborhood groups when available.
- Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional tone in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, customer service representative, or similar role.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and respond quickly to leads.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or Sweep&Go (S&G) is a plus—training provided if needed.

- Consistently convert a measurable percentage of leads into new paying clients.

Availability:
Flexible, part-time hours during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Salary:
$5/hour + commission for each new client’s first paid invoice.
