Outbound Closer (Remote, Full-Time)

We’re building a fast-scaling business focused on helping small businesses cut costs and grow. We don’t sell fluff. We sell results. Our closers are the front line — every dial matters, every close counts.

What You’ll Do
• Make 80+ outbound B2B calls/day (leads provided).
• Follow a proven script (no guesswork).
• Speak directly with business owners/decision-makers.
• Close SMBs into recurring contracts (weekly pay, no lock-ins, 72h replacement).
• Log activity daily in CRM.

What We Offer
• Base pay AUD$250/week (enough to survive, not to coast).
• Uncapped bonuses — AUD$50/closed sale. Wolves live on bonuses.

• Clear KPIs: 80 calls/day minimum, 1% close floor.

What We’re Looking For
• Grinders with at least 12 months outbound/cold calling
• Wolves who live for bonuses and competition.
• Confidence, hunger, and discipline.
• Strong English communication skills (phone presence is everything).
