JOB OVERVIEW

Hello, my name is Rich, I’m a licensed Real Estate Broker based in New York. I’m looking for a full-time, long-term Real Estate Virtual Assistant from the Philippines who is experienced, reliable, and resourceful.

This role is focused on data entry for real estate comparables (comps), MLS support, spreadsheet management, real estate data analysis and CRM updates and task management. The ideal candidate has MLS familiarity and can independently pull and organize comps when I’m unavailable, helping me save time and keep my business running smoothly.

I want someone who is serious about long-term growth, willing to learn, and ready to take on more responsibility as my business expands.

Responsibilities:
-Pull and enter real estate comparables (comps) into spreadsheets, CRM, or reports
-Independently research and organize property data (MLS, tax records, market data, property history)
-Prepare clear, accurate reports and summaries of comps for review
-Basic real estate data analysis (comps preparation)
-Maintain and organize property records and databases
-Keep CRM updated, clean, and de-duplicated
-Assist with transaction coordination, listing input, and marketing tasks as role grows
-Manage task lists, deadlines, and reminders to keep workflow on track
-Assist with calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and reminders
-Support document management (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
-Flag missing information or inconsistencies proactively

Qualifications:
-Experience with MLS or real estate platforms (required or highly preferred)
-Strong data entry and spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets – formulas, CRM systems, other online real estate websites)
-Strong English communication (written and spoken)
-Attention to detail – accuracy is more important than speed
-Organized and proactive – able to follow SOPs but also problem-solve independently
-Familiarity with task management and calendar tools (Google Calendar) is a plus
-Reliable internet connection, with a backup connection (pocket Wi-Fi, prepaid hotspot, etc.)
-Must use a VPN when required to access U.S.-only platforms
-Comfortable working U.S. business hours (night shift in PH) or with overlap for communication on days requested.
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Recommendations/references from past employers are a plus

Work Conditions:
-Full-time position – 40 hours per week (long-term stability)
-Training and support provided, but experience is expected
-Growth opportunities into transaction coordination, listing management, and advanced real estate support
-Must be comfortable tracking hours and tasks
-Confidentiality is critical – NDA required before access is given

Compensation:
-Starting salary depends on experience and skills. Starting $800 USD per month for 40 hrs/week)
-Performance-based increases as role and responsibilities expand
