Outbound Caller – Remote

We’re looking for a confident and professional Outbound Caller to join our team. You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to warm leads, following up on enquiries, and booking appointments with potential clients.

This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly phone manner, and the ability to represent our brand professionally.

Requirements:

Clear, neutral or Australian-accented spoken English (must sound local to Aussie clients)
Video introduction required with your application
Proven experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales
Ability to follow scripts and adapt to different client needs
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Quiet work environment and reliable internet connection

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and enquiries
Qualify potential clients and book appointments
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes
Represent SJV Cleaning in a friendly, professional manner
