About Us:
Eshia B LLC is a growing business specializing in credit empowerment services and nursing education eBooks. We help clients build financial confidence while also supporting future nurses with educational resources. We are looking for a reliable and creative Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our marketing, social media, and client onboarding tasks.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Create and schedule posts for Instagram, TikTok, and
Design graphics/infographics in Canva (content provided).
Write engaging captions + research hashtags.
Content Marketing
Assist in promoting eBooks and credit services through posts and stories.
Repurpose content into simple ads (with guidance).
Business Support
Help set up
Support client onboarding (sending forms, reminders, and updates).
Basic admin: organizing files, tracking leads, and updating spreadsheets.
Requirements
Experience with social media management (IG/TikTok/FB).
Comfortable using Canva to create simple, bold designs.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or willingness to learn quickly.
Strong communication skills (English).
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Skills (Bonus, Not Required)
Experience in credit repair or financial services.
Experience in healthcare/nursing content.
Knowledge of running basic paid ads (FB/IG).
Hours & Pay:
Starting: 5–10 hrs/week (with potential to grow).
Flexible schedule, but must meet deadlines.
