Virtual Assistant – Commercial Roofing Lead Research (NJ Focus)

Hours: 10–20 hours/week
Language: English fluency required

Job Description:

We are a commercial roofing company based in New Jersey looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Virtual Assistant to help generate qualified commercial leads. We are looking specifically for private work (private owners, no public work) these will be flat roofs. Looking to do repairs or new roofing.

Your job will be to:

Research Private commercial properties these are mainly flat roofs (office, retail, industrial, medical, private school buildings) across New Jersey. No public work!

Identify signs of aging roofs using Google Maps (satellite view)

Collect decision-maker contact info (property manager, owner, facility director, etc.)

Use tools like LoopNet, Google, Manta, LinkedIn, public records

Deliver organized weekly lead spreadsheets

Ideal Candidate:

Familiar with real estate or roofing/construction industry

Great online researcher (knows how to dig deep)

Can work independently and deliver consistent results

Has strong attention to detail

Communicates well and meets deadlines

How to Make This Worth It

KPIs: 20–30 qualified leads/week- If i close the lead I will assign bonus for every close bid.
