Canva Design & Order Processing (Long-Term, Part-Time to Full-Time)

Job Description:

We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help us with order processing and simple Canva design tasks. This is a long-term role with the opportunity to increase hours after a short trial period.

Your Main Tasks:

- Use our Canva templates to prepare customer designs (drag and drop photos into frames, update custom text).
- Follow clear step-by-step instructions for each order.
- Communicate with our team if you have questions or need clarification.
- Ensure designs are accurate before sending them back to us for printing.

What We’re Looking For:

- Good English communication (reading & writing).
- Familiar with Canva (basic to intermediate level).
- Detail-oriented and reliable, able to handle repetitive tasks carefully.
- Stable internet and computer setup.
- Available Monday to Friday.
- Willing to start with 2 hours per day as a trial, with potential to increase hours once performance is proven.
- Open to long-term collaboration (especially during our busy season: October–December, and January–June).
