Web Designer/Developer (Figma Expert – Ongoing Work Across Multiple Sites)

We are looking for a skilled Web Designer to work with us on an ongoing basis across multiple websites and brands. You will be responsible for designing a wide range of web pages — including homepages, service pages, landing pages, blog pages, resource hubs, and other custom layouts. Your focus will be on creating modern, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized designs in Figma, which will then be implemented by our development team.
Responsibilities:
Design and optimize a variety of web pages across multiple sites (homepages, service pages, landing pages, blogs, resources, and more).

Build wireframes, mockups, and polished designs in Figma.

Apply strong design intuition to create layouts that balance aesthetics with functionality.

Ensure all designs are optimized for performance and speed once developed.

Collaborate with developers for smooth design-to-build handoff.

Integrate UX, UI, and CRO best practices to improve usability and conversions.

Provide ongoing design updates, refreshes, and new page layouts across several brands.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Web Designer with a portfolio showcasing diverse, modern, high-performing websites.

Expertise in Figma and collaborative design workflows.

Strong knowledge of UX, UI, and CRO principles.

Ability to design for fast load times, responsiveness, and accessibility.

A keen eye for intuitive design and user-friendly experiences.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for multiple websites/brands simultaneously.

Familiarity with SEO-friendly design principles.

Knowledge of WordPress or Webflow (a plus, not required).
