Job Title: Video Editor / Content Creator for Ads

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team and produce engaging advertising videos for social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).

Your main tasks will be:

Editing 9 videos per day based on raw UGC footage provided

Adding subtitles, hooks, B-rolls, transitions, and effects optimized for ad performance

Adapting videos in English and French into German (localization of subtitles/voiceover)

Using AI tools like CapCut and Eleven Labs to streamline editing and dubbing and Claude for text translation.

Ensuring videos are optimized for short-form ad formats (vertical 9:16, high-retention style)

Following brand guidelines while being creative in storytelling and hooks

???? Bonus System: In addition to the fixed salary, you will receive extra bonuses for each high-performing video that generates strong ad results.

Skills Requirement:

Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required)

Proficiency in CapCut (or similar editing tools)

Familiarity with AI voice tools like Eleven Labs

Strong understanding of short-form content and ad psychology

Bilingual skills (English/French) + good German knowledge (subtitles/voiceovers)
