VA for UGC outreach and pitching

I'm a UGC creator and I am looking for a VA that can outreach and pitch to brands through email, social media, apps, agencies, etc. to land UGC collabs for me. I would need the pitches to be professional but personal to each brand that is reached out to and that I would be a good fit for. I am thinking of paying an hourly fee with a commission payout per each collab that you are able to get for me but we can discuss that more. I'm looking for someone who is preferably familiar with UGC as well as social media. Part time or Full Time.
