About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and knows how to build rapport with potential clients. You’ll play a key role in scheduling calls, qualifying leads, and supporting our sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries
Schedule appointments for sales or operations teams
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Use CRM tools to track progress and manage pipelines
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Must be available full-time during PST business hours
