About Us:
We are a growing Medicare Insurance agency dedicated to helping clients navigate their healthcare options with clarity and confidence. We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter with excellent English communication skills to join our remote team.

Position Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound calls, and scheduling qualified appointments for our licensed agents. This is a performance-driven role where strong communication skills and persistence are key.

Key Responsibilities:

Use GoHighLevel to make outbound calls daily to prospective clients from provided lead lists.

Handle inbound calls professionally, answering questions and gathering client information.

Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with licensed agents.

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines.

Meet daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets.

Provide excellent customer service while building rapport with prospects.

Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) – clear and neutral accent required.
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
Ability to follow scripts while also thinking on your feet.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Work Schedule:
Part-time, remote position. Potential to move to full time.
Must be available to work U.S. business hours. 10-2pm
