E-commerce Google Spreadsheet Specialist – Long Term (Part Time, 10–20 hrs)

We are looking for a skilled Google Spreadsheet Specialist.
You will build advanced formulas, manage large datasets, and create clear overviews to support our e-commerce operations. You will also work together with our Make automation specialist to connect spreadsheets with automated workflows.

What We Offer:
• $5 – $10 per hour (depending on experience)
• 20 hours per week (long-term, stable role)
• 13th month + Performance bonus

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company, mainly active on ---------- (the leading marketplace in the Netherlands and Belgium). With a team of 12+ members, we manage multiple brands and hundreds of products. We believe in teamwork, clear communication, and building long-term partnerships with our team.

Your Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize Google Sheets with advanced formulas
• Structure and manage large product and sales datasets
• Create automated reports and overviews for different teams
• Work together with our Make (Integromat) specialist to build automations
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and logical consistency in all data

What We Expect:
• Reliable PC & strong internet connection
• At least 3 years of experience with Google Sheets
• Strong knowledge of formulas (QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, VLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, etc.)
• Experience in data processing & logical structuring
• Interest or experience in automation (Make/Integromat is a plus)
