JOB OVERVIEW

Type: Full-time, contractor (PH-based)
Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern (night shift, Mon–Fri)
Compensation: $800–$1,200/month (DOE) + performance bonus (up to 10% monthly)
Tools: AgencyAnalytics, GoHighLevel, Google Sheets/Looker Studio, Meta/Google Ads managers, Slack, ClickUp

Mission

Keep Trilux and client accounts “numbers-first.” Own KPI accuracy, surface insights, and flag risks early so the CSM and Ads lead can act fast.

Core Responsibilities

Daily KPI Capture & QA

Pull platfor ---------- trics (spend, impressions, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS) into AgencyAnalytics dashboards.

Sync GoHighLevel pipeline metrics (leads, bookings, show-up, close rate, revenue) to master sheets.

Reconcile tracking discrepancies across platforms; annotate anomalies.

Weekly/Monthly Reporting

Maintain a CEO Scoreboard (agency-wide): CAC, LTV/CAC, MRR, churn, sales funnel metrics.

For each client, publish weekly summaries: what’s working, what’s not, and recommended fixes (bulleted, plain English).

Own the bi-weekly client report pack (charts + short narrative + next steps).

Alerting & Benchmarks

Create red/amber/green status for each client vs. benchmarks (CPL, CPS, ROAS, show rate, close rate).

Trigger Slack alerts for out-of-bounds metrics (e.g., CPL +30% week over week, show rate
