SEO Copywriter

Prioritized SEO is a performance-focused digital agency managing a growing portfolio of lead-gen and client websites. With dozens of pages launching weekly, we're looking for someone who can elevate our content and ensure it’s optimized, engaging, and competitive in search.

The Role:

As an SEO Copywriter, you’ll create and refine written content designed to perform in search engines while connecting with real people. From service pages to blogs and landing pages, you’ll use AI tools to draft, shape, and optimize content — but you’ll also bring the human touch that ensures it’s polished, persuasive, and on-brand.

This role is perfect for someone who loves blending creativity with data, understands the unique needs of home services content, and thrives in a fast-moving production pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Write, edit, and optimize high-quality content for web pages, blogs, and other digital assets.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, SurferSEO, etc.) to accelerate drafting while applying editorial judgment to elevate final output.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices.
Review and refine AI-generated drafts for clarity, coherence, and accuracy.
Stay current on home services industry trends to generate fresh, relevant content.
Track performance using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SurferSEO) and adjust strategies to improve rankings and conversions.
Collaborate with SEO specialists, designers, and developers to ensure content aligns with broader marketing strategies.

What You Bring:

4+ years of experience in SEO-focused content writing.
Proven ability to use AI writing tools effectively while maintaining high editorial standards.
Strong understanding of SEO principles (keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking).
Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills.
Prior experience writing for the home services industry strongly preferred.
Organized, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple projects in a remote environment.
