Clean Energy Sales Telemarketer (Remote)

We're searching for a highly motivated and skilled Clean Energy Sales Ambassador to join our fully remote team. What You'll Do
As a Clean Energy Sales Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your main goal is to make outbound calls, engage with prospects, and book qualified appointments for our sales team. We provide you with the leads, a supportive environment, and all the tools you need to succeed. If you're a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, this role is a great fit.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting outbound calls to provided leads.

Educating prospects on the benefits of switching to solar energy.

Skillfully handling objections and qualifying leads.

Scheduling and confirming appointments for our sales team.

Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly performance targets.

Your Qualifications:
Proven experience (1+ year) in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting. Solar industry experience is a plus.

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

A confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence.

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Highly organized and reliable.

Familiarity with the solar or renewable energy industry is a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Monthly Pay: We offer a base salary of $500 per month, paid bi-weekly.

Performance-Based Bonuses:

Per-Appointment Bonus: Earn $25 for every confirmed demo you book.

Weekly Bonus Structure:

3 Demos: $25

5 Demos: $50

7 Demos: $100

Monthly Bonus Structure:

8 Demos: $100

11 Demos: $200

14 Demos: $300

17 Demos: $400

20+ Demos: $750
