About the Project
We are launching a business book, Soul of Strategy, focused on customer-centric strategy and leadership in organizations. The book brings together research, case studies, and best practices from some of the world’s most customer-focused companies.
We are looking for a part-time Content Creator/Marketing Specialist to help shape and execute the launch campaign. This role is contract-based, ~20 hours per week.
What You’ll Do
- Create and manage a content calendar across LinkedIn,
- Develop and design basic images and videos for social media posts using Canva, Adobe, or Figma.
- Write, edit, and repurpose content (e.g., LinkedIn posts, short articles and videos, author spotlights, teaser excerpts).
- Research for potential clients and customers.
- Bring creative ideas for expanding visibility through partnerships, thought leadership, and communities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in content strategy, social media marketing, or book/product launches.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills — ability to make complex business ideas engaging.
- Comfort with platforms like LinkedIn and
- Understanding of customer-centric leadership, organizational strategy, or business topics (preferred).
- Self-starter who can work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas.

- Contract role: ~20 hours/week (flexible schedule).
- Fully remote; must be comfortable collaborating across time zones.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience
- A bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience using generative LLM AI
- Experience in communication, content creation, digital marketing, public relations or a related field
- Experience with media/public relations
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic design tools
- A passion for storytelling and engaging with online communities
- Familiarity with software use for design (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma)
