Job Title: Product Researcher
About Us

We are a leading stationery and office supplies company with strong B2B and growing e-commerce sales channels (Amazon, Walmart, and Faire). We’re looking for a Product Researcher to help identify high-demand products, track trends, and support our expansion in online marketplaces.

Role Overview

The Product Researcher will be responsible for analyzing products, categories, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. This role ensures our product catalog stays competitive, relevant, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Research product opportunities across Amazon, Walmart, and Faire
• Analyze sales data, rankings, and customer reviews to identify winning products
• Track competitor products, pricing, and strategies
• Prepare product research reports with recommendations for new launches or catalog improvements
• Identify seasonal and trending products that fit the brand
• Work with the e-commerce team to validate product demand and profitability
• Support catalog team with accurate product data when needed

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Faire, or related tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa is a plus)
• Basic understanding of e-commerce, product sourcing, or inventory management
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
