Position: Cold Caller (Long-Term with Growth Potential)
We are looking for 20 enthusiastic real estate cold callers to join our Acquisitions team. This is not just a job; it’s a chance to build a career with us!

Job Description:
- Utilize the Batch dialer to connect with sellers about potential home sales.
- Follow our simple, proven script to ensure consistency and success.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of REAL ESTATE outbound calls or cold-calling experience.
- Full-time commitment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Availability to make calls between 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time (8 hours a day, 5 days a week, 1 hour lunch 2, 15 minute paid breaks).
- A computer (laptop or desktop) with i3 specifications or higher.
- High-speed internet connection (at least 25MBPS) with a backup option.
- A wired noise-canceling headset (NO EARPHONES).
- Ability to set at least 2 appointments per day.

We have high expectations for lead KPIs, and we support you in achieving them!

Compensation:
- Pay rate: $3/hour ($480/month USD).
- Payments made through WISE or PayPal.
