About the Project
I am starting a YouTube project that combines vlog and documentary-style storytelling. The channel will focus on personal growth, productivity, practical skills, and other valuable life topics. The mission is to create content that inspires and empowers viewers with honest, high-quality, and engaging videos.

Who I Am Looking For
I am looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor & Graphic Designer who will be my long-term collaborator. Someone who is not only skilled but also curious, growth-minded, and eager to learn. Since I will provide only raw footage, I need someone who can take ownership of the visual design and editing process — shaping the video into something professional, polished, and viewer-friendly.

Key Responsibilities
Edit talking-head raw footage into smooth, engaging 5–10 minute videos.
Add B-roll, stock footage, background music, and captions to enhance storytelling.
Design infographics, motion graphics, and thumbnails that are eye-catching and easy to understand.
Research and fact-check information when needed, then translate it into visuals that make complex ideas simple.
Brainstorm with me on creative ways to make videos more appealing.
Maintain consistency in visual style and quality across all videos.

Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in both video editing and graphic design (portfolio required).
Strong knowledge of modern editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
Skilled with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
Comfortable using AI tools to save time and enhance workflow.
Ability to work independently, think creatively, and take initiative.
Attention to detail, fact-checking ability, and pride in producing quality work.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and be part of a bigger mission.

Workload & Growth
Starting with 5–6 hours per week (around 1 edited video weekly)
As the channel grows, hours and compensation will increase.
After a few months, if I am satisfied with your contribution, I am open to:
Raising your wages
Offering performance-based bonuses
Providing long-term incentives/perks as the channel expands
