Working Hours: Must be available b/n 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM Philippine Time (to match 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM Eastern Time)
Experience Level: At least 1 year of online teaching experience required

We’re expanding our team and seeking reliable, emotionally intelligent tutors who can teach with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

1. Teach STEM subjects such as math, biology, chemistry, physics, or coding

2. Explain challenging concepts in clear, fluent English

3. Submit accurate and detailed session notes after each tutoring session

4. Maintain an up-to-date calendar of available hours

5. Communicate proactively with the founder and team

6. Track sessions and student progress using shared Google Sheets

7. Uphold our brand values of equity, excellence, and empowerment

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year of online teaching or tutoring experience

2. Very high proficiency in spoken and written English

3. Ability to break down complex STEM topics into digestible, student-friendly explanations

4. Reliable, high-speed private internet connection (no cafés or public hotspots)

5. Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms

6. Must be available between 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM Philippine Time

7. Must be able to submit a teaching video and list of subjects you can teach from day one
