About Us
We’re a New marketing agency serving landscaping, turf, lighting, and other home service businesses. We build high-quality lead generation systems, create engaging content, and provide clients with the tools to scale their companies. Now, we’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to help us manage daily tasks, create resources, and support our growth.
What You’ll Do
???? Lead Generation & Sales Support
Research and build prospect lists (landscaping, turf, lighting, pressure washing companies, etc.) with accurate contact info.
Set up and manage cold-calling lists inside our CRM.
Help write cold
???? Marketing & Content
Design and format Google Slides for pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations.
Create and maintain standardized company documents (contracts, onboarding forms, SOPs).
Develop branded client resources: checklists, guides, and PDFs.
Create simple graphics in Canva (ads, thumbnails, infographics).
*Huge plus if your able to edit video content
????Optional next tasks - Admin
Organize client onboarding (forms, info gathering, account setup).
Keep CRM and pipelines updated with client/prospect status.
Prepare weekly performance reports (leads generated, campaign results).
Research competitors and compile insights.
Manage Google Drive/Dropbox file organization.
Assist with inbox management (drafting replies, flagging important

Research new tools, software, and automation options.
Help draft SOPs and training docs for future hires.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be able to do every single item on this list. The main priorities right now are:
? Creating prospect/cold-call lists
? Designing, formatting and writing documents, slides, and branded client resources
That said, we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. If you have additional skills (video editing, social media, CRM management, etc.), there’s plenty of room to expand your role.
Requirements
Strong written English and communication skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
Willing to learn new tools and processes.
Bonus points if you have experience with:
Canva or graphic design tools
Video editing software
CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
Social media management
