What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, cross-functional support role where you’ll work closely with internal teams and clients. You’ll play a key part in onboarding, campaign readiness, and ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Hire Setup: Configure tools (Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Nooks, Coda, etc.) for incoming BDRs.
- Client Onboarding: Set up client
- Onboarding Support: Guide clients and reps through setup steps to ensure a smooth launch.
- Campaign Prep: Make sure all dialers, inboxes, and lead lists are campaign-ready.
- Tool & Data Support: Assist with list building and help manage high-quality contact data.
- Assignment Management: Match BDRs to clients and configure backend systems.
- Tech Maintenance: Troubleshoot issues and ensure all systems are up to date.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Client Success Managers and Team Leads on process rollouts.
- Learn & Grow: Get hands-on experience with automation, AI, and modern sales tools.

-Monthly base compensation of USD 1,000 (entry-level role)
Work Schedule
Full-time role Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Must be fully available during U.S. business hours for client and team support
