Job Overview:
We currently generate leads primarily through Facebook and organic strategies, but we’re ready to scale and expand into platforms like YouTube, Google, TikTok, and more. If you bring skills beyond Facebook, that’s a huge plus!

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Paid Ads Manager, Media Buyer, Lookalike Audiences who can take our advertising to the next level. This role is critical in driving growth through smart, effective paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
* Platform expertise: Plan, create, and optimize campaigns on Facebook and other platforms
* Strategy development: Build full-funnel advertising strategies that align with business goals
* Ad creation: Produce compelling creatives that capture attention and convert
* Budget management: Allocate ad spend wisely for maximum ROI
* KPI tracking: Monitor and improve performance metrics such as CTR, conversion, and ROAS
* A/B testing: Continuously test ads, audiences, and strategies to refine performance
* Audience targeting: Use advanced targeting and Lookalike Audiences to reach the right people
* Ad scheduling: Maximize reach with smart scheduling
* Competitor analysis: Stay sharp and adapt strategies based on trends and competitors
* Ad compliance: Keep campaigns in line with policies to prevent disruptions
* Team collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to align efforts

Qualifications:
* Minimum 4 years managing paid Facebook campaigns with proven results
* Strong knowledge of Lookalike Audiences
* Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
* Project management and organizational skills
* Creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Always up-to-date with digital advertising trends
