We are growing our sales team and seeking a top 1% sales associate who can confidently represent our U.S. brand with professionalism and flawless English.

???? The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will:

Manage inbound inquiries and perform outbound calls to prospective clients.

Present our restoration services clearly, persuasively, and professionally.

Build rapport quickly, establish trust, and close deals confidently.

Keep accurate notes in our CRM and consistently hit/exceed sales targets.

Work U.S. business hours (Chicago time zone).

? What We’re Looking For

Native-level English communication skills (C2 equivalent) with a clear, neutral accent.

Proven sales experience (U.S. or international markets preferred).

Confident, persuasive, and highly motivated by performance.

Professional demeanor — clients should feel they are speaking with a U.S.-based representative.

Tech-savvy: experienced with CRMs, Zoom, dialers, and email.

Reliable high-speed internet + quiet home office setup.

Base salary: $1000 USD per month

Commission: $50 USD per closed sale (1–5+ sales/day possible)

Earning potential: $2,000–$4,000+ USD/month depending on performance
