JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing

Create and schedule engaging posts across platforms

Develop contests, giveaways, and community engagement initiatives

Track performance analytics and suggest improvements

Assist with event promotions and online campaigns

Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials

Create monthly newsletter to send to database

Design graphics and templates in Canva

Coordinate team e-newsletter

Transaction & Listing Support

Assist with transaction coordination as needed (documents, deadlines, client/vendor communication)

Monitor and share insights on listing performance and give weekly updates to clients

Administrative Operations

Oversee email inbox (filtering, tagging, drafting responses for review)

Light CRM/database upkeep (tagging leads, cleaning lists, pulling reports)

Organize files, folders, and ensure systems remain consistent

Qualifications
Prior experience in real estate operations, marketing, or as a VA preferred

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Comfortable learning new software and systems

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
