Affiliate Partnership Manager – Luxury Pen Brand (

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Affiliate Partnership Manager to join our growing luxury pen brand. This role is fully remote and requires someone with strong relationship-building skills, a keen eye for strategy, and a passion for promoting high-end, quality products. As the Affiliate Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing affiliate programs, driving affiliate recruitment, and ensuring successful partnerships that increase brand visibility and sales.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to recruit, manage, and nurture affiliate partners.

Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with affiliate partners.

Monitor and track affiliate performance, providing reports and optimizing campaigns.

Manage affiliate payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-converting affiliate promotions, banners, and content.

Research and identify new affiliate opportunities to expand reach and increase sales.

Coordinate with influencers, bloggers, and affiliates to ensure alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest affiliate marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the luxury or premium sector.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tools.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize affiliate programs.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
