That’s why we’re hiring a Lead Qualifier—a critical role that helps filter incoming calls, support our sales team, and create a positive first impression for every caller.
Why This Role Matters
The Lead Qualifier ensures that sales reps can focus on qualified leads while you serve as the first point of contact. You’ll provide quick call routing, report invalid leads for credit, and treat every caller with empathy—whether they’re a future customer or not.
Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound calls with professionalism and friendliness.
-Ask quick qualifying questions to understand the customer’s needs.
-Forward relevant calls to the inside sales team promptly.
-Report unwanted or irrelevant calls to lead sources for credit requests.
-Provide every caller with kindness, empathy, and a positive experience.
-Maintain accurate notes and logs for tracking call outcomes.
Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
-Customer service or call center experience preferred.
-Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
-Organized, reliable, and committed to teamwork.
