Responsibilities
1. Financial Analysis & Loan Processing
• Collect and organize borrower, guarantor, project, and entity documents (bank statements, tax returns, financials, architectural/engineering drawings, permits, operating agreements, etc.)
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and potential fraud/mistakes before submission
• Communicate directly with lenders and their processors/underwriters to ensure smooth loan processing
• Order and review property title reports as needed
• Prepare project risk assessments/reports, including:
o Market regression analysis (sales/rent comps)
o Absorption analysis
o Build-time analysis
o Market factor review (macro & micro trends)
2. Executive Assistant / Operations Support
• Act as the founder’s right hand: keep tasks on track, follow up on commitments, and provide accountability
• Join client/team calls, take detailed notes, and prepare action items
• Help onboard new tea ---------- mbers (set up emails, coordinate training, check progress)
• Communicate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure productivity and resource alignment
• Provide research support for new client acquisition opportunities
3. Marketing & Growth Support (Bonus Skills)
• Manage and post on company social media channels
• Assist with blog updates and light content creation
• Edit videos for YouTube and help with branding/graphics (Adobe/Canva)

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to interpret financials and market data
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to spot document errors or fraud
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams), and willing to learn CRM tools
• Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
Nice to Have:
• Experience in loan processing, banking, or real estate finance
• Familiarity with U.S. mortgage or construction lending practices
• Skills in social media management, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing

Work Setup
• Remote – Philippines-based
• Must work U.S. Eastern Time business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST)
• Initially part-time (20 hours/week) with transition to full-time

Compensation (Suggested Range)
• ?50,000 – ?80,000/month (approx. $900 – $1,400 USD) depending on education, experience and skills
