1. What are we looking for

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Stock Analyst to support our supply chain team long-term.
This role focuses on managing stock data, shipments, and forecasts — perfect if you enjoy structured work, accuracy, and contributing to the smooth flow of operations in a fast-growing e-commerce company.

2. What we offer

Hourly Rate: $6 – $10 USD/hour (depending on experience)

Performance Bonus + 13th Month

Minimum Hours: 24 hours/week (remote)

Certainty: Long-term stability with growth opportunities, with possibility to grow into full-time job

4. What will you do?

Prepare and manage LVB shipments to our 3PL warehouse, including product size checks.

Create and update the purchasing list twice per week with accuracy checks.

Maintain and update an eliminate list (products to phase out or stop reordering).

Run stock forecasting based on search volumes, sales data, and seasonality.

Support the supply chain team with structured reporting and insights on inventory health.

5. Requirements

Reliable PC/laptop + stable internet (proof required).

3+ years experience in e-commerce, supply chain, or data analysis.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Analytical mindset and high attention to detail.

Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).

Bonus: Experience with ---------- or other EU marketplaces.
