Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant (Part-Time / Long-Term Role)

About Us
We are a small, but growing U.S.-based construction loan brokerage firm under the brand BuildTerra Capital ( ---------- ). We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise as our CRM and are building technology-driven systems to manage clients, deals, and document submissions.
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform professional to join us as a remote tea ---------- mber. This role begins with project work (configuring Dynamics 365 and building client apps/flows) and may evolve into a stable, long-term, part-time position as our ongoing system administrator.

Role & Responsibilities
Initial Projects:
• Customize Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise (entities, fields, security roles, dashboards)
• Build model-driven apps and canvas apps in Power Apps
• Automate workflows with Power Automate (lead routing, task creation, notifications)
• Develop a client onboarding portal (Power Apps or Canvas embedded on website)
• Configure Azure AD B2C for secure logins and invitation emails
• Set up SharePoint integration for document storage and linking files to Dynamics 365
Ongoing Responsibilities:
• Serve as system administrator (user setup, permissions, troubleshooting)
• Make small improvements and customizations as needed
• Provide recommendations for better use of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools

Qualifications
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales CRM customization
• Skilled with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
• Knowledge of SharePoint integration and Azure AD setup
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred but Not Required
• Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, MB-210, etc.)
• Experience in finance, construction, or real estate workflows
• Willingness to grow into a stable long-term role with us

Work Setup
• Remote (Philippines-based)
• Part-time (10–20 hours per week to start; may grow over time)
• Flexible hours, but must be available for some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (morning/evening check-ins)
