This is a hybrid role:
1. Client Concierge (Intake Paralegal) – Qualify new client inquiries, schedule consultations, and handle onboarding.
2. Virtual Assistant to the Managing Partner – Manage calendars,

Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls and web inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Respond to all new leads within 5 minutes of contact.
• Qualify potential clients using intake forms and scripts.
• Schedule qualified clients with attorneys and manage reminders/follow-ups.
• Send intake documents, fee agreements, and track in CRM (Clio/Lawmatics or similar).
• Support the managing partner with inbox management, scheduling, research, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and outcomes.

Ideal Candidate
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Prior experience in a call center. Law firm intake or paralegal experience is a big plus!
• Confident on the phone, empathetic, and able to guide prospects through next steps.
• Tech-savvy: CRM tools, Google Workspace, Zoom, and scheduling apps.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
