At Ascend Roofing, we help homeowners navigate the storm damage insurance process and protect their biggest investment—their home. We’re expanding our outreach team and looking for motivated Cold Callers who can confidently connect with homeowners and spark meaningful conversations.

What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to homeowners in storm-affected areas.

Introduce Ascend Roofing’s services and set appointments for free roof inspections.

Follow scripts while staying natural and personable.

Handle objections and keep the conversation professional.

Track leads and call outcomes in our CRM (JobNimbus).

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence.

Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection.

Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven.

Previous sales or call experience is a plus, but not required (we provide training).
