Google Ads Specialist / Media Buyer (Philippines – Long Term Role)

Job Description:
We’re an international investment education company looking for a talented Google Ads specialist based in the Philippines to help us set up and scale our campaigns.

We already have:
• A proven offer and funnel
• Clear ad angles and copy direction
• Ongoing strategy guidance from Sabri Suby’s Quantum Growth program

Your Role:
• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (account, billing, conversion tracking, campaigns, ad groups, extensions)
• Do keyword research + negatives
• Launch ads and optimize for CPC, CTR, CPA
• Pull weekly reports in a simple format
• Follow our system while bringing your own knowledge

Requirements:
• 1–2+ years experience running Google Ads (ideally lead gen / coaching / online programs)
• Direct response mindset (focus on conversions, not brand awareness)
• Strong with conversion tracking and troubleshooting
• Communicates clearly in English

Compensation:
• Competitive Philippines rate: $800–$1,200 USD/month full-time OR $15–$25/hr part-time, depending on experience
• Long-term, stable role with growth opportunities
