HubSpot & GoHighLevel Automation Specialist

We’re looking for a HubSpot & GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to help us manage dashboards, build workflow automations, and ensure smooth integration between platforms. If you’re experienced in CRM automation and enjoy optimizing systems for efficiency, this role could be a great fit.

About the Role

Manage and update HubSpot dashboards to provide clear visibility into sales and marketing performance

Create and maintain workflow automations in HubSpot to support lead nurturing, customer engagement, and internal processes

Oversee and optimize the HubSpot–GoHighLevel integration to keep data accurate and reliable

Support third-party integrations (such as Zapier) when needed to connect systems and streamline operations

Recommend improvements to reporting, automation, and data management

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience with HubSpot workflows, dashboards, and reporting

Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel setup and automation

Comfortable working with integrations and troubleshooting issues (Zapier experience is a plus, but not the main focus)

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Clear communication skills and the ability to explain processes in simple terms

Compensation

$7 CAD per hour

Remote Work, 9:00pm to 1:30pm EST
