As a startup, we are building our brand and are looking for a passionate and skilled Content Creator to help us grow our online presence and connect with individuals seeking support.

The Role
We are seeking a creative and empathetic Part-Time Social Media Content Creator to manage our social media platforms. This role is perfect for a self-starter who excels at creating engaging content and fostering a supportive online community.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
•Create a weekly content calendar with posts that align with mental health awareness days, clinic updates, and other relevant topics.
•Write compelling and empathetic copy for all social media posts.
•Design or manage the creation of simple graphics and short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Community Management:
•Actively monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and reviews in a professional and empathetic manner.
•Answer general inquiries and know when to escalate specific questions to the appropriate staff.
•Foster an online community by encouraging conversation and engagement.
•Compliance and Collaboration:
•Ensure all content and interactions strictly adhere to legal and ethical standards for mental health marketing, maintaining patient confidentiality.
•Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of all shared mental health information.

Required Skills & Experience
•Proven experience in social media content creation, with a strong portfolio of work.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
•Ability to work independently and manage a consistent posting schedule.
•Creative thinking and a strong attention to detail.
