POSITION OVERVIEW
The Phoenix Table is seeking a part-time Podcast Production & Guest Coordinator to help us share raw, honest stories of resilience and rising through the messy middle. This role blends podcast production with guest coordination and growth initiatives - ensuring episodes are not only well-produced, but reach the audiences who need them most. If you love storytelling, have a journalist’s curiosity, and want to be part of a mission-driven project, we’d love to hear from you.
The Phoenix Table is a storytelling podcast for those rising through the messy middle. Every week, listeners pull up a chair to hear raw solo stories and candid guest interviews about failure, resilience, and growth. It’s not about polished advice. It’s about real conversations that remind people they’re not alone.
This is a part-time, hourly role with the potential to expand into a broader content and growth position as Phoenix Table scales. Working hours must overlap within the 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST timeframe, Monday to Friday. We anticipate up to 10-hrs each week to start.
