What You’ll Do
Manage and prioritize incoming maintenance requests, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality resolution.
Oversee projects across the full spectrum from light turns and routine repairs to heavy, multi-trade renovations.
Own the details of each project, including accurate scopes of work, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-time delivery.

Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing track of details.
Detail-oriented and committed to quality; you spot errors before they happen.
Strong English communication skills; clear, professional, and proactive in all interactions.
Experience with accounts payables and billing processes, including invoice review, reconciliation, and reporting.
Familiarity with project budgets and cost control for renovations.
Proactive problem solver who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and drives solutions forward.
