We’re a young and ambitious e-commerce brand on a mission to improve the lives of women over 60 through thoughtful, high-quality products designed specifically for them.

We’re searching for a Lead Video Editor to oversee and elevate our creative production. Your role? A balance of hands-on editing (with a specialty in Facebook Ads and direct-response e-commerce content) and team leadership, managing and mentoring other editors to consistently deliver thumb-stopping, emotionally charged, sales-driven videos.

You’ll play a critical role in shaping the visual voice of our brand, ensuring every video not only captures attention but also drives conversions.

We’re aiming to build an 8-figure brand within the next 12 months, and we need a growth-minded A-player who thrives at the intersection of creativity, speed, and leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

-Hands-On Editing: Craft high-performing Facebook ads, UGC-style content, and VSLs that grab attention and convert.
-Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a growing team of video editors, providing clear feedback and elevating the creative output.
-Creative Direction: Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and design teams to ensure alignment and strategy.
-Trendspotting: Stay ahead of the latest e-commerce creative trends to keep our content fresh and competitive.
Workflow & Systems: Optimize editing pipelines for speed, quality, and scalability.
-Performance Tracking: Review data and results, using performance feedback to guide creative iterations.

What You’ll Need to Bring

-Proven experience editing direct-response video ads for e-commerce brands (especially Facebook ads)
-Strong experience with long-form VSL editing and short-form social content
-Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and manage a team of editors
-A strategic creative eye with understanding of direct-response marketing and e-commerce funnels
-Ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
