We are a fast-growing Social Media & Marketing Agency helping businesses grow through content, advertising, and community building. Our mission is to deliver excellent service and build long-term relationships with clients.

We’re now looking for a proactive, reliable, and friendly Chat Support Representative to join our team and provide high-quality client support.


???? Job Responsibilities
-Respond to client/customer inquiries via chat in a timely, professional manner.
-Answer basic questions about our services, processes, and policies.
-Provide excellent customer experience by being clear, empathetic, and solution-focused.
-Escalate complex issues to the manager or specialist team when needed.
-Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow up with clients as required.
-Assist with light administrative tasks (updating spreadsheets, tracking conversations, etc.)
ollaborate with the team to improve response templates, FAQs, and workflows.

???? Work Schedule
Flexible and adjustable. Will be discussed in a 1-1 call with me, the manager, of the company.

? Requirements

-Sophisticated written English communication skills (clear, friendly, professional)
-> BUT your main task will be to chat with German clients, therefore you will be given a German script, so German language skills are NECESSARY
-Previous experience in chat/email support, customer service, or virtual assistance preferred.
-Fast and reliable internet connection, own computer/laptop.
-Trustworthy and committed — we’re looking for long-term collaboration for our yet small, but fast growing Agency
