3D Capital Holdings Ltd is a fast-growing UK property investment & development company. We specialize in HMOs and residential lettings. We’re building a 100% virtual team (UK + Philippines) and are seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to join on a full-time basis.

About you
We’re looking for a quick learner who is hands-on and proactive and can efficiently take on the role of a UK Property Manager. You must have proven experience in the UK property market, especially with HMOs and residential lettings. If you know your way around compliance, tenant management, and all things lettings, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:
• Marketing vacant properties on Spare Room and other platforms.
• Coordinating viewings and thoroughly screening tenants.
• Preparing tenancy agreements and managing the full move-in process.
• Handling tenant communications (email, phone, WhatsApp).
• Coordinating contractors/vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Conducting property inspections and ensuring HMO and lettings compliance.
• Registering deposits with TDS.
• Keeping accurate records and improving property management processes wherever possible.
• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English).
