Marketing/Sales Expert

We are seeking a PART TIME, proactive, creative and versatile Marketing/Sales Virtual Assistant to support our growing business. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for engaging with our audience online, creating warm leads and community building/client engagement across different platforms resulting in sales of our services and products and a community relationship. The ideal candidate will be saavy in creating content to attract our ideal clients and available to interact with warm leads/others during the hours of engagement and other general administrative tasks needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales/Marketing - Social Media
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform marketing, content creation, community building/client engagement strategies.
- Include call to action for sales opportunity in each social media posts
- Manage Patreon page

2. **Podcast**

- Perform market research to identify potential podcast guesting business opportunities.
- Gather data on industry trends and competitors.
- Gather data about which social media platforms are best to build subscribers, followers, community for legal immigrants.

3. **Website**
- Biweekly/Monthly blog posts (Substack)
- Track website analytics .
- Newsletter


4. **Administrative Support**
- As assigned

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- Required:1-2 years of sales/marketing experience
- 1-2 years of social media content creation and SEO knowledge/experience
- 1-2 years as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite) and social media platforms.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design principles is a plus (e.g. canva/Opus AI/ChatGPT/other for content purposes)
