Business Development VA – Lead Generation & Meeting Booking (Biohackn, Dubai)

We’re now expanding rapidly and looking for a highly professional Business Development Virtual Assistant from the Philippines. Your role will be to research potential clients, run personalized outreach campaigns, and book meetings with decision-makers in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Research and build lead lists of gyms, spas, clinics, wellness centers, and property developers in Dubai.

Send personalized email campaigns and manage LinkedIn outreach.

Follow up with prospects to secure meetings.

Book appointments directly into our Dubai team’s calendar.

Keep records of outreach activity, responses, and meetings booked.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, email outreach, or business development.

Strong written English skills (clear, professional, persuasive).

Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) or Google Sheets for tracking.

Understanding of email outreach tools (Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar) is a plus.

Experience targeting international clients, ideally in wellness, fitness, or tech.

Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
