(A) About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to drive projects on time, on budget, and to spec. You’ll coordinate schedules, submittals/RFIs, procurement, cost controls, and keep owners and subs aligned.

(B) Responsibilities
• Build and maintain CPM schedules; run look-ahead plans tied to constraint/procurement logs
• Drive RFIs/submittals to timely approval; manage changes (PCO/CCD/CO)
• Own procurement of long-lead items; track factory release, ship/need-by dates
• Monitor budget, forecast EAC, protect fee; prepare SOV/pay apps and lien waivers
• Lead OAC meetings; send clear weekly updates and decision logs
• Support QA/QC, inspections, and closeout (as-builts, O&M, training)

(C) Must-haves
• 3+ years in GC/CM or trade PM (vertical or TI fit-outs)
• Strong with Primavera/MS Project (or equivalent), plans/specs, and change management
• Solid written English; client-facing communication skills
• Reliable fiber/backup internet, quiet workspace, modern PC

(D) Nice-to-haves
• Procore/Buildertrend, Bluebeam, or BIM coordination
• Earned Value (CPI/SPI) and cost control fluency
• Familiarity with US codes/inspections

Compensation & Schedule
• Monthly Salary: PHP 35,000–55,000 (? USD $650–$1,000), depending on experience
• Full-time, remote (night shift for PH applicants; Pacific Time business hours)
