Operating director in Philippines

I would like to have a person, who will work for me for 3-6 months to show me, that she/he understands our company and is efficient.
After this period this person will be responsible for running projects, hiring other persons, manage the team in Philippines.
We are company from Poland (East Europe) with offices in Germany and UK. In future we start our office in USA.
We are selling refrigeragtor filters on Amazon, eBay and olso in B2B Trade.
