Job Posting: Virtual Assistant – Influencer Outreach (Remote, $9/hour, ~20 hours per week)

Hello,

We are a beauty e-commerce brand selling products across Europe. To strengthen our marketing efforts, we are looking for a proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant to manage our Instagram influencer collaborations. This is a remote position with a pay rate of $9 per hour, approx. 20 hours per week, plus a $10 bonus for every influencer video that meets our quality standards.

Platforms & Tools You Will Work With

- Instagram – Research & contact influencers
- ChatGPT – Translation & message creation in any language
- Trello – Task management & message templates
- Flow EQ / BrightReps – Step-by-step workflows

Your Responsibilities

- Research and contact potential influencers on Instagram
- Use templates in Trello & Flow EQ for consistent outreach
- Coordinate product shipments and follow-ups
- Review and forward influencer videos to our team
- Maintain ongoing relationships with influencers

Requirements

- Excellent written communication skills in English (other languages a plus)
- Confident in using ChatGPT for translation & message creation
- Familiar with Trello and/or Flow EQ (or willing to learn)
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media, or communication
- Reliable, organized, and proactive

Compensation: $9/hour (~20h/week) + $10 bonus per approved influencer video
