We are a U.S.-based talent agency for actors, models, and performers seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our Cebu-based BPO team.
As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective talents (actors, models, influencers, and entertainers), introducing them to our casting platform, and guiding them through membership and upgrade opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to work with international clients in a professional, high-energy environment.
You will receive training, scripts, and CRM tools to help you succeed in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective talents who registered on our platform.
Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand their goals (acting, modeling, music, etc.) and match them with the right opportunities.
Present our membership plans, talent services, and career tools effectively and confidently.
Use CRM tools (Go High Level, VOIP, or similar systems) to manage leads, update notes, and track conversions.
Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas with consistency.
Collaborate with the sales team and follow company processes for reporting and client management.
Uphold professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first approach at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience (BPO, telemarketing, call center, or direct sales preferred).
Strong spoken English with a neutral or U.S. accent.
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.
Experience with CRMs, dialers, or customer management systems is an advantage.
Ability to work night shift (U.S. business hours) from Cebu or virtually.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary (?12,000–?15,000/month) + high commissions (uncapped).
Weekly payouts for commissions.

Work Setup:
