Outbound Appointment Setter (Warm Leads – Mortgage Industry)

We are looking for a reliable and confident **Outbound Appointment Setter** to join our growing team. Your role is to contact **warm leads** who have already requested more information on lowering their mortgage repayments. These leads come through our 11-step online questionnaire from Facebook ads, so they are **highly qualified and expecting a call**.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Call new leads **within 5 minutes** of them opting in.
* Confirm a few of their details (already provided via questionnaire).
* Ask two short qualifying questions to confirm eligibility.
* Build rapport and set the stage for a smooth handover to our mortgage specialists.
* Update lead information in our system accurately after each call.
* Assist and support the Founder with general admin tasks within the business as and when required (training provided)

**Work Hours (Split Shift):**

* **8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Melbourne time)**
* **4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Melbourne time)**
*(This ensures we reach leads when they’re most available.)*

**What We’re Looking For:**

* Excellent spoken English with a **neutral accent**.
* Prior experience in **outbound calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing**.
* Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
* Fast learner with attention to detail.
* Stable internet connection and reliable computer setup.
* Comfortable working with scripts and CRM tools (training provided).
* Quiet work environment that is distraction free (no young children nearby please)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in the **mortgage, finance, or real estate** industry is a plus.
* Previous work in Australian, UK, or US call campaigns is highly regarded.

**Compensation:**
