JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant who can also serve as a B2B Appointment Setter. You will play a key role in helping us connect with business owners, manage client communications, and assist with day-to-day admin tasks.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospects (we provide the CRM, leads, and dialer)
Set qualified appointments with business owners/executives for our sales team
Speak clearly and confidently with neutral or no accent
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM
Include (Blue Setter) In Job application submission
Assist with general VA tasks, such as:
Setting up accounts and handling simple online tasks
Basic image/video editing (Canva or similar tools)
Research and data entry
Other administrative support as needed

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or no accent)
Comfortable speaking on the phone and building rapport with business owners
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
Reliable internet connection, quality headset, and quiet work environment
Familiarity with basic online tools (Google Workspace, Canva, CRM systems – training provided)
Willing to work US business hours
