About the Role
We are seeking MD physicians educated at a U.S.-accredited medical school who are currently living and working in the Philippines and are open to part-time travel to provide patient care at regional partner sites. You’ll receive U.S. wages with all travel, housing, and local transport expenses paid during assignments.
This role is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, enjoy short-term regional travel, and want to maintain U.S.-level compensation while based in the Philippines.
What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in outpatient and/or inpatient settings (specialty based on your background).
Collaborate with local care teams; follow site protocols and documentation standards.
Participate in quality/safety initiatives and handoffs between rotations.
Qualifications
MD from a U.S.-accredited medical school (residency completed; Board Eligible/Board Certified preferred).
Active, unrestricted license or eligibility for licensure in the assignment location(s).
Current BLS/ACLS (and any specialty-specific certifications).
Based in the Philippines (or able to stage travel from the Philippines).
Willing and able to travel part-time, typically in multi-week blocks several times per year.
Must be willing to complete a virtual and/or in-person interview and standard credentialing.
Compensation & Benefits
U.S.-based wage rate (hourly/locums or per-diem; commensurate with specialty and experience).
All expenses paid for travel (round-trip flights), furnished housing, and local ground transport during rotations.
Malpractice coverage provided for assignment(s).
Visa/work authorization assistance where applicable (varies by site).
Option to extend or repeat rotations based on mutual fit.
Sample Schedule
2–4 rotations per year, each 2–8 weeks.
